We recently read about the experience of Herb Benham of The Bakersfield Californian after picking up a Teeter in hopes of helping with his stiff neck. We loved how Herb captured the experience of many of our customers seeking for relief, so we wanted to share:
“I have struggled with back pain due to a spinal disorder for over a year, and this table made a world of difference. I would very much like to tell the world. Thank you so much, Roger, I really do appreciate it.”

Facebook user Alex S. recently left this comment in response to a Teeter Hang Ups Facebook post, and we couldn’t think of a better testimonial to the quality of our inversion tables:
Gene had battled with back pain for years and was plagued with re-injury until he found Teeter. If you have injured your back, whether last week or last decade, and you still battle with back pain and re-injury, consider following Gene’s advice:
Tommy took our 30-Days to a Better Back Challenge and found relief and relaxation. With an active lifestyle that includes work, his photography hobby, and playing golf, Tommy is loving his Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Table.
We often share letters or emails from Teeter fans, and recently we even featured inspiring feedback from our Facebook fans! This week, we turned to Twitter to see what Teeter customers are saying. We found plenty of recent Tweets to read in addition to photos and even a Vine moment:

Tommy shares two things he’s proud of: 6 pack abs achieved with daily inverted exercise… and his Teeter!
“Not bad for 50 years old, huh? The first picture is of me at 48, and the second is at 50. I got results through a proper diet, adjusting my lifestyle, lots of exercise and more exercise! That’s where the Teeter came into play.
“My abs routine is an everyday deal , so in an effort to find a way to maximize my abs time, I turned to the most effective route: invert every movement. Now, to do this I wanted the strongest and safest method available – BOOM, the Teeter. I watched the infomercial, went to the local sporting goods stores to compare and hands down the quality of the Teeter just shined out at me. I ordered mine through the TV, and BAM!
“My abs routine takes 7 to 8 minutes now, and the Teeter is so secure and stable that I’m able to crank them out at top speed without any concern for my safety. Now the other real cool thing is how much more flexible you become from the inverted state, how relaxing it is, and how much it has improved my golf swing. Great fitness tool. I tell everyone who asks ‘HOW’D YOU GET THOSE ABS?’ – get a Teeter!”
We love our Facebook community! Thousands of Teeter fans follow us, and it’s not just because we made the best quality inversion tables on the market. It’s because our products work, and they want to share their inspirational success stories with their friends and family.
Whether you suffer from back, neck or joint pain or if you want to increase your flexibility and functional fitness, inverting for only 3 to 5 minutes a day can bring big benefits. Here’s what our Facebook friends have to say:
I’ve had lower back and upper back pains for years. I’m 53, and… I’ve owned my Teeter for just about a month now and I’m addicted. I’m on it when I get up for a minute or so, sometime mid-days, and before bed. The change I feel in my back is unbelievable. I’ve been putting off this purchase for 3 years. It’s the best piece of equipment that I’ve invested in!
In addition I would like to say this – I was a short 5’10” meaning 5’9″. I just had my Dr. check my height and I’m truly 5’10” verified at the Dr’s office. It sounds too good to be true, but I can say it’s a great product and will be using it for the rest of my life!
Steve was a 17-time World Arm Wrestling Champion, on both arms, but an auto accident left him injured, unable to workout and missing the ability to do the things he loved. Watch what Steve has to say about his first 30 days on a Teeter Hang Ups FitSpine Inversion Table.
Also, the FitSpine RED is returning to QVC this weekend! Watch Facebook, Twitter and the blog for more information about this upcoming opportunity to get one of our favorite inversion tables.
Steve: Well, I’m a sales rep in a pharmaceutical medicine; cardiovascular matters medicine, primarily. So I spend a lot of time getting in and out of a car and walking into offices, talking to doctors. And that is a little bit difficult with the injury that I had, as a result of the automobile accident. I was really uncomfortable and unable to go about my daily activities like I wanted to and needed. And the FitSpine has allowed me to resume many of those daily activities, to the point that I feel like I’m ready to get back to the gym and start lifting weights, like I did before my automobile accident. And to me, that is dramatic, it’s exciting, and I’m looking forward to getting back in shape once again.
Before I started using FitSpine, I was barely able to touch my knees. And now after using FitSpine, I’m able to touch my toes. For me, that is dramatic improvement.
I do recommend FitSpine to people that I have. In fact, I’ve probably recommended FitSpine to five or six people, just in the two months that I’ve been using it.
