When does “alternative” become mainstream? I guess when over 125 million Americans do it. That is, incorporate at least one “alternative” medicine practice into their health care, like yoga, meditation, acupuncture, massage or inversion therapy.
This morning, The Today Show‘s Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Natalie Morales and Jenna Bush Hager each experimented with some of these therapies on-air.
