America’s #1 talent show, America’s Got Talent (on NBC), has featured some tremendous talent, but our favorite so far this year is Spencer Horsman! He’s smart, well accessorized and understands the importance of safety. How did we get all of this from watching his Houdini-like skills on AGT, you ask? Because as Spencer dangled 10 feet in the air between those giant snapping jaws, he chose to be inverted with Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Gravity Boots – the only choice for those who want enhanced comfort during inversion at home, the gym, or between giant snapping jaws on America’s Got Talent.
We say that our EP-560 Inversion Table can be assembled in 13 minutes. One man was skeptical, so he put us to the test! See what happens.
Our friends Steve and his crew over at Better Health Innovations (BHI) do a great job of taking care of their customers! We made a claim and they set out to find if there was truth in it – Steve assembled the new EP-560 in under 13 minutes! Subscribe to BHI on YouTube to see all their cool comparison and review videos or visit their site to learn more about the Teeter Hang Ups EP-560 inversion table.
If you haven’t tried the new Better Back Adjustable Acupressure Nodes for yourself, then take the word of someone who has. This new accessory is receiving rave reviews from customers like Brian Wagner, who says the nodes are nothing short of genius, adding that they offer a way to work on those hot spots that show up when I’ve spent too much time on the computer.

Teeter Hang Ups has been our product of choice because of the quality and back up service. This product truly belongs in a specialty fitness store.~ Merv Smith, Owner
Host: We hear all the time about the difference Teeter Hang-Ups has made in people’s lives. But we wanted to truly put it to the test. And since firefighting is one of the most physically strenuous jobs that demands so much from your back, we thought, what better place to test it than in a fire station. So we sent a few tables to one of the top fire departments in the country to gauge the impact it had on their lives and jobs.
Jeff: I’ve had several back injuries on the job, and they still nag me. I’ve been using the Teeter for about a month now. I noticed that I was sleeping better at night, I wasn’t turning and tossing. I wasn’t having the stiff back. I felt more relaxed.
Matt: I’ll admit I was skeptical. Before I got on it, I thought, Well, we’ll see exactly what this can actually do for my joints and my back. And when I first got on it, I found it very easy to use. Instantly I was feeling the effects from it. My lower back was feeling better in the mornings and I just kind of felt rejuvenated getting off it every day.
Jake:Because I do have a history of lower back injuries, the thing that I liked about the Teeter is that it really allows my lower back to relax. I feel like it decompresses my spine.
Jim: Back injuries can be detrimental to a person’s career. It can be detrimental to our patients, and it can be detrimental to the other crew members if somebody injures their back and are unable to perform, especially in the middle of an incident.
Mandy: Firefighters often have all these weight compressing their spine for the entire duration of basically our work shift, especially if we’re on a fire call. So being able to come back and off all that weight and then decompress your spine makes perfect sense.
Matt: After a while with dealing my joint pain, it gets where I just, Ah, that’s just the way it is and not much I can really do about it. I’m working out, I’m stretching, I’m staying active, but I guess that’s just the way things are for now. Just have some lower back pain. That’s just the way it is. So when I started using the Teeter, I noticed that was improving immediately, and my knees as well. The Teeter’s had a major impact on my life.
Jim: For me, I’m in my 50’s now and having that ability to release the tension in my back with the Teeter is great. I love it.
If your Teeter Hang Ups Contour-Series or NXT-R Inversion Table is rotating too slowly, too quickly or not at all, you may need to adjust your rotation control settings. This video walks you through the process.
As we have discussed before, a slipped or herniated disc occurs when the structure of the disc between your vertebrae bulges or ruptures, causing the anatomy of the disc to place pressure on nerves, resulting in pain, numbness and weakness in your back which sometimes radiates into your buttocks and legs. Slipped discs occasionally happen in your neck (cervical spine), are rare in your upper back (thoracic spine) and are most common in the lower back (lumbar spine).
